Derval.ie
This Website provides an online food, fitness and focus plans through which are purchased through a monthly, 3 monthly or annual subscription. These terms will apply to all users (“you”) of the Website and all purchasers/members. By using the Website, or by purchasing our subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.
Notification of any changes will be made by us posting new terms onto the Website. In continuing to use the Website you confirm that you accept the then current Terms and Conditions in full at the time you use the Website. If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions then you must cancel your registration or subscription and the previous terms will continue to apply pending termination.

Registration on Derval.ie
When you register as a member we will ask that you provide certain personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, and, your payment details. Any personal information you provide to us with will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
On registration you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, please change it immediately. You agree that all personal information that you supply to us will be accurate, complete and kept up to date at all times. We may use the information provided to us to contact you.

Return of Products:
You can return physical products only. Memberships & Gift Cards cannot be returned for your money back.
3. Bring to your local post office and request proof of postage
You must cover the cost of returns yourself.
Unfortunately, as we will be not able to resell products that are perishable and opened we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for opened perishable goods.
Exchange of Products:
You can exchange your Shop.Derval.ie order via your Local Post Office within 14 days of delivery. You will not be charged for delivery of your replacement item(s)
1. Repack the item(s) you wish to exchange in its’ original condition and packaging with a completed exchange form outlining what size you would like in exchange.
2. Ensure it’s sealed. Attach a label addressed to: Returns @ Derval Unit 36, Park West Enterprise Centre, Lavery Avenue, Park West Industrial Park, Dublin 12, D12 R668
3. Bring to your local post office and request proof of postage
4. We will get your new item ready for shipment once we inspect your item(s) & providing that the size you are requesting is in stock at that time.
Please note this can take anywhere up to 14 days.
Content
You are not permitted to share any of the content under our terms and conditions by breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your membership and right to use the website will cease immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, a distributed denial-of-service attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Receiving your free Derval.ie journal after purchasing an annual membership:
The customer (“you”) will receive your free Derval.ie journal once the first payment transaction has occurred here on shop.derval.ie
The Derval.ie journal will be shipped within 3 working days of your first payment and will be delivered through GLS (courier). You will receive a confirmation email of its dispatch and a series of emails to update you on its delivery.
There is no expiry for activating your Annual Membership on Derval.ie.
Receiving your 50% off discount code for the Derval.ie journal after purchasing a 3-month membership:
You will receive your 50% off discount code once the first payment transaction has occurred here on shop.derval.ie.
The 50% discount code will be emailed to you, which you can then use to purchase a Derval.ie journal, here from shop.derval.ie
Technology
Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the website you should report it to us immediately.
Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted or interrupted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services or because we are unable to offer the website for reasons beyond our control (such as a denial of service attack).
